| Membership |

Acceptance of a membership
application is at the sole discretion of the management. |

| 3. |
All members will pay
a non-refundable joining fee, which shall become
due and payable in full immediately upon acceptance
of their application. This fee shall be at the tariff
decided by the management and depending on which
category of membership is taken out. Should membership
lapse at any time, this fee would be payable again
upon rejoining.

| 4. |
Member’s subscriptions are due on the first
of each month, in advance; at the tariff decide
by the management. Part months are dealt with on
a pro rata basis and must be paid on the day of
joining. All monthly payment to be paid by standing
order.

| 5. |
Members have the option of paying the full year
subscription due in one lump sum at the tariff decided
by the management (payment may attract reduction).

| 6. |
The management may alter monthly subscriptions
due in on lump sum at the tariff decided by the
management (payment may attract reduction). |

| 7. |
The management may alter monthly subscriptions
fees at their discretion. Such alterations will
be posted on the club notice boards six weeks in
advance of any changes. |

| Rules & Regulations |

| 8. |
Each member agrees that they will abide by the
rules and regulations of the club. |
| |
|
| 9. |
The management reserve the right to alter the
rules and regulations at any time. Such alterations
will be posted on the club notice board. |

| Liability |
| |
|
| The management's liability is strictly
limited to that caused as a result of negligence.
With this exception we will not accept liability
for: |

| 10. |
Damage to or loss of your property |
| |
|
| 11. |
Accident or injury to any member that may happen
on the premises or within the grounds |
| |
|
| 12. |
The taking part in any physical activity, which
you or your guest may not be fit for, Any accident
or injury must be reported immediately to the manager
on duty. Property stored in the lockers is entirely
at your own risk. Any vehicles parked in the grounds
of the club (and their contents) are the responsibility
of their respective owners and the club will not
accept liability for any loss or damage (however
caused) to them. |

| Assignment |

| 13. |
Membership is personal to the individual named
on the membership card. |
| |
|
| 14. |
A member shall not loan their car to another person. |
| |
|
| 15. |
Should another person use your card we reserve
the right to cancel your membership and no refund
of fees will be payable. |
| |
|
| Termination of membership |
| |
|
| 16. |
The management may terminate the membership
of any member without notice or refund if;
- There are serious or repeated violations
of club rules and regulations
- They have breached this agreement or we believe
are likely to breach it
- We believe their behaviour puts other members
or guest at danger
- Any monthly subscriptions are overdue by
more than 14 days (rejoining fee would become
payable).

| 17. |
The management may terminate the membership of
any member without cause upon refunding the unexpired
portion of their current subscriptions. |

| 18. |
Members wishing to cancel their membership must
give 1 months notice, in writing to the management. |
| |
|
| 19. |
Members are entitled to use the facilities of
the club available in the category of the membership
under which they joined and in accordance with the
rules and regulations of the club. The management
may add or change the facilities at their discretion
and may also withdraw facilities at any time if
they are needed for tournaments, exhibitions etc.
or in the event that repairs, alterations or maintenance
is required. |

| 20. |
Lost property – Items found within the premises
will be held by reception for a period of 1 month.
Unclaimed items will them be donated to a local
charity. |

| 21. |
The management reserve the right to vary these
terms and conditions at any time. In the event we
will write to the members at the address supplied
to us at least 2 months before such changes takes
effect. Such alterations will also be posted on
the club notice board. |
