Is a huge first floor apartment with amazing views from every window overlooking open countryside.  Spacious for family holidays or short breaks.  The apartment sleeps 8 with an additional sofa bed in the smaller sitting room.  There are two sitting rooms, both with TV & freeview, the smaller has a DVD player, Wi-Fi is also available.  The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven hob and fridge, it has a central island and large dinning table.

There are two bathrooms one family with bath, free standing shower and toilet.  The master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.  There are two double bedded rooms, a twin bedded room and bunk bed room with full size beds.

The entrance is on the ground floor into a hallway with a good size utility room which houses a large fridge/freezer and washer dryer.

The private garden is enclosed, with garden furniture and barbeque, perfect for the summer evenings.

A footpath running along side the garden will take you all the way to the Lavender Centre in Heacham.  The location is ideal for visits to some beautiful beaches, stately homes including Sandringham and Houghton Hall, there are numerous RSPB nature reserves.  There is a pub in the village serving good food.  During your stay you will be able to obtain temporary membership enabling you to enjoy the Gym, Squash courts and the indoor and outdoor tennis courts.
