What is personal training?

Personal Training is a session with our fully qualified Gym instructor who will support you during an individual session so you can fully optimise your workout.

Our Gym Manager is a fully qualified fitness professional, who can offer advice on weight management, nutrition, flexibility and training.
Taking the personal training route ensures you get the very best from each gym session. Full attention and support, encouragement and motivation, varied training programmes and all the guidance you need to achieve your goals.
With regular assessments completed, you get to see the improvements as well as feeling them.

What is the cost of personal training?

For all members who join our Premier membership package, you will receive 4 free personal traiing sessions a month. This can be spread to your needs; either one a week or more. Any sessions thereafter are charged at the regular rate. All members on our standard membership package are charged at our competitive standard rate.
